Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage closely with assigned territorial customer accounts in respective territory to generate quarterly and annuity-based revenue

  • Identify and map potential business opportunities and use cases for upsell and cross sell of various Cloud solutions and services with existing customer base & new accounts.

  • Ability to create and identify customer need or paint and work within to solution capability to deliver the solution and services

  • To maintain a good rapport & relationship with respective account managers in SAP & work closely with them on specific territory.

  • Presentation to customers on Al-Rushaid Technologies Capabilities in new generation technologies Platform / Solutions

  • Respond to Customer RFIs & RFP: Liaise with pre-sales and delivery teams to clearly understand and map customer requirements

  • Ensure that services delivered confirm to what has been contractually agreed between client and vendor

  • Ability to contribute with solution development and pricing by working closely with appropriate stakeholders including delivery and finance teams

  • Report internally on progress including leads, proposals and wins

  • Co-ordinate with marketing teams for various go-to-market programs, product launches or promotions, customer workshops and other marketing initiatives

  • Overall responsibility for customer relationships, lead management and escalations to act as the single point of contact between client and vendor


Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience on Business Development and Account Management in IT industry. Preferably in Enterprise account management.

  • Should be able to achieve Target and must have handled large account in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC region.

  • Sound knowledge, understanding and experience of working on concepts around HR portfolio of products & Cloud solution offerings.

  • Valid Saudi driving license

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5+ years of strategic selling experience in GCC/ KSA

  • Experience of IT, Telecom, Networking Solutions, Data Centers, Low Current Solutions, RF/VSAT Solutions, Cloud solutions, etc.

  • Vendor provided on-job training such as with Cisco, Huawei, HPE, Microsoft is a plus.  

  • Key working knowledge of bid management and processes

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English)

Key Responsibilities:


We are looking for a client-facing Presales Manager to develop product demonstrations of all our IT and Telecom solutions for the corporate and enterprise industry. The ideal candidate will be an organized and driven professional able to actively assist in closing sales, provide exceptional customer service, and become an intricate component of our progressive team environment.


  • Provide support of RFI and RFP processes.

  • Assist with the production and preparation of tailored Executive level product demonstrations/sales presentations;

  • Provide presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision;

  • Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business;

  • Collaborate and share information with sales team and product life-cycle managers to inspire trust to customers by showing a consistent technical knowledge.


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent;

  • A solid IT background with extensive experience demonstrating technology and participating with the implementation/assistance of a system;

  • Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/Off-shore etc.);

  • Deep expertise of enterprise hardware and technology sales and software solutions;

  • Ability to understand customer requirements, pain-points and work with KAMs to design and deliver the correct solution;

  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams & working within a matrix structure to harness capabilities of the team and craft a winning proposal /solution;

  • Availability to travel as required.

Common to all positions:


  • Knowledge of Saudi business, market and culture is essential

  • Arabic language skills are a plus

  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi ethnic team

  • Valid Saudi driving license
